- Constructed new 467 and 345 meter south bound bridges
- 1.25m diameter pipe pile foundations 50 meters in legth with SWL 1,000 tonnes
- Temoprary access trestle to support construction loads
- Extreme seismic zone construction requirements
- Steel plate girder construction spanning 62 meters per bent
- Cast in place concrete bridge deck
- Approach fills, rock armor protection and all utilities
